This past year has been horrible and cost me time and money dealing with people who sublet to others, after some 10 plus complaints I'm ready to move out. And last I talked HPD after encountering a pair of sub-letters who where standing outside my patio, parked illegally, by my van, with one looking to kick my ---, some new stranger that moved in to sublet. Some idiot whom I never saw before is standing there like I'm supposed to be afraid pf him kicking my ---. Yeah right.

Good price in regards to the location. In my opinion the area is also geared towards a younger demographic and families if that is something that is important to you. Apartment space is also very nice. Very pet friendly.

It's an excellent community. I love living here. The leasing staff is first-class.The units are attractive and tastefully designed. Now I'm just going to type letters to fill the required minimum of 200 characters. This makes 230.

Communication is poor, maintenance is slow, and the fees are outrageous, but Will in the leasing office is fantastic. The location is great and the rent is affordable. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for when wanting to live inside the loop.

It started out great, but continues maintenance problems have made us consider moving out. Also, parking has always been a problem. We've also had some issues with break-ins, but they have been handled well.
