We love living here. The location is great! Maintenance staff members like Daniel and Miguel go above and beyond. They truly care about the community and its upkeep. Miguel works hard to keep the rooftop dog park clean and safe every day. I recently had a new washer and dryer on order and briefly asked Daniel if he knew where they were...he came first thing the next morning and installed them. - Courtney P

Excellent location and great staff. This property is in an excellent location for access to Houston's best restaurants and it is a short drive even during rush hour to the Galeria or downtown. The staff is great and if you are unsure what size apartment or want to figure out what "lay out" is best for you/your family talk to Quynh Do. We have two children and weren't sure what would be the best fit for us and she made it very easy.

Quynh works hard to make sure your needs are met and she always has a smile on her face. Anytime I have a question or concern, she's there to help. With so many other apartment options in my area, Quynh makes it easy for me to choose Arrive River Oaks as my home!

The floor plans, amenities offered, and front office staff are awesome. The finishes in the apartments are modern and I love having a separate shower and garden tub. For the location and size of apartments, you can't find a better place for the price.

The staff has been extremely helpful, coordial, and knowledgeable from my very first encounter with them. Their service has gone above and beyond and made me feel comfortable all the way through my move in. The level of communication and understanding I received early on made me want to stay engaged with them throughout the leasing process and ultimately led to me choosing this property.
