MICE!!! And Horrible Maintenance!!!!! Stay Away. Its NOT worth your money. I thought that the bad reviews were because of bitter people. It's all TRUE! I've been here 6 months and since the day i moved in they still haven't fixed the things I listed in the walk threw! I have repetitively asked for Pest control & maintenance and NOTHING!! Ive have tried to fill the holes the mice have made but they keep making new ones! I don't know what else to do.The office people just keep saying they will get it done! My neighbors have told me that its been this way for them too and they have been here for 3 years! Why they would stay that long I don't know! I can't and don't believe the good reviews at all it must be the complex's doing because it all CRAP!! They are more concerned with getting new tenants and the grounds to bring new tenants then they are keeping the currant ones happy and tending to there needs that pay there rent!! Will NOT be renewing my lease!!! I also added a picture of my stairs to prove the mice problem. Im reposting because the pics didn't load I'm hoping they will this time

i have lived here for over six years and the management has been declining ever since. I should've known that this place was terrible because the first day we even moved in, our townhouse was not ready to even move in to and they failed to call us to even let us know, so we show up basically without a townhouse ready. Luckily- they did have a spare place available and ever since then I have been living in it. The management here is terrible. I feel like all the maintenance workers really do is just ride around in the golf carts and smoke cigarettes and take up parking spaces needed for the residents. The neighborhood has slowly been declining and i actually fear for my car to be left out in the streets at night. The management doesn't care for the residents, they only care about whether or not the rent gets paid on time. They will yell at you and make you feel like an idiot for asking for a simple request. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is, but i won't. All i will say is that if you are looking for a place to live, this place is not the place. Turn around and run far away from it because they will make you think that this is a great place but trust me IT IS FAR FROM IT. MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL, MAINTENENCE DOESNT FIX ANYTHING AND ITS FILLED WITH TROUBLE MAKING KIDS. Please look somewhere else when trying to find a place to live.

Do not rent here. Bed bugs in our apartment. Once you have them in an apartment, you will never get rid of them. 2nd treatment and we still have them. Apartment manager tried to say they were junebugs. Next live bed bug I see, we will seek an attorney. This has gone too far.

I have to say that they are trying to keep things going. Not too happy about the pool for our property being shut down but they did manage to refurb the one at Countrywood. It was shut down for 7 years I was told. I actually like that one better its quiet clean and open area. They also finally upgraded the laundry areas with new washers and dryers. I will be renewing in October for another year. Hope the improvements keep happening. Last but not least they got new pool furniture. Well hopefully it stays nice and all the hood rat bratty kids dont destroy it.

I did live here for 5 years, Besides the bad service of the management; Rats; Rouches; A/C Breaking often when is hot weather, I almost get hurt or die in these aparment complex. The first time 2 years ago they let anybody to live there, so there were people outside most of the day doing nothing, and one day when I was trying to park in one of the spots, there was a guy, who just had shot somebody, and was trying to steal my car and run away, he did point me with the gun, but I could leave the please, he did follow me, and thanks God nothing happend to me, It was like 3 hour of CAOS, nobody could live their apartments because the police was looking for this guy, at the end, the police did not catch him and the management never said anything to anybody. The second time was, this year, and this time, it was not only me in danger it was several families, and what happend is that this management do not care what neighbors do, and some of the neighbors they had their old cars parked under the covered parking spaces, those old cars been there for days, and never removed, Their owners always trying to fix them by themselfs , one saturday moning around 5am, that car got fire, and all the flames were under the apartments, and it was a miracle that somebody were walking around and could knock our doors to wake up us , we were about to lose everything, because this car was in flames, imagen if that car had explode? and make the rest of our cars the same. Again the mangement did nothing about it. All this facts are real. you can verify them. Please think twice if you want to live there, you can save a few buck, because rent is cheap compare to places around, but your familly is worth much more that a few bucks

Omg for real it is not that bad. I have never had a problem with mgt, all my maintenance requests have been handled expediantly. New Manager seems to really care and actually works. I agree they could answer the phone more instead of putting on the service. Dont have a rat issue. Buy a cat if you do a hungry one. No roaches either. You must be dirty or have someone close by who is.

The people here are rude, they take forever to do something roach invested like hell sh t I think they should be paying rent there the ones that really live here. The office staff is the worst I've seen in my lifetime is quit a a many yrs just outright mean and rude as hell. If you know like I know don't do it you will regret it im telling you. Move on somewhere else.

dont live here, roach and rat infested apartments.ceiling leakge through out the apartment, mold and mildew, dirty cheap --- carpet, rude, nasty spirit office staff, they just care about getting money for the residents. don't care about the living condtions, staff always smoking outside doing nothing and always closing early, and rarely answer the phones. they smile in your face and stabb you in the back. they don't care about longterm residents. too be treated good, you have to kiss their ---.

i have been living in bateswood for 9 years one of the longest to live here this placce id horible i do not recomend moving here its cheap there are screaming kids it is not a quiet area drug dealers gangsters and all kind of stufff specially in the back of the apartments the town homes are ok but there are rats that rome in the apartments have more of a roach problem the matenence is horible i had a nabor a rat died in her house they dident come to the next evening if you like creep crawlers go for it!! if not find some where else yes its cheap but not wurth your money 9 years is a long time i am currently still living in bateswood and still do not like it i am hoping we move late june this place sucks and there are allways middle school fight and fal language DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I just moved into a 3 bdrm townhome at this property and am extremely happy with my choice. The unit is clean, maintenance requests have been completed very quickly, and I have not seen or had any pest issues. I love the space, assigned parking, and quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I have about this property is the buildings are a little older so the floors are loud, when you walk across the bedroom floor it creeks and squeaks a bit, but aside from that I'm happy I chose Regents Walk for me new home in Houston!!
