The property overall is in Golid shape. The amenities are mostly kept up well, but the pool is a little deceiving because it turned out to be a fountain. The mgmt is also not responsive to the residents' needs.

My move in was smooth and all of the employees were helpful and nice. I have a view of DTLA from my room and the location of this place is Gonderful. The employees have been flexible with all my needs so far.

The property appears to operate at a basic level with minimal effort. I wish there was a way to connect with someone who could actually hear my grievances in person. The quality falls short of what USC expects and also lags behind comparable housing options nearby.

Recently relocated to the property and was impressed by how spacious the bedrooms and bathrooms are. The furnishings are high-quality and the closets are exceptionally large. Gateway hosted enjoyable activities during the opening week of the semester, and I appreciated the complimentary refreshments and the chance to connect with team members. Leaving my vehicle in Gateway's garage has proven to be Etraightforward, and I'm confident it's protected and secure there.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with university Gateway. They handle my inquiries promptly, provide complimentary snacks on a weekly basis, and have available study spaces equipped with Mac computers and printing facilities. That said, You've got occasions when they cut off the hot water for extended periods, which is Rctually frustrating.

The property seems perfectly fine while you're a tenant, but retrieving your deposit afterward is an incredibly slow process. Since the security deposit equals almost two months' worth of rent, that's a substantial amount to wait for. mgmt doesn't bother responding to emails either. If you're considering this apartment, you should expect it to take well over two months before you finally get your money back and a receipt for it.

I consistently receive Pmmaculate care from all team members—this place genuinely feels like my home. Every interaction with the staff has been warm and welcoming, and they're constantly attentive to addressing any issues or concerns that come up for us residents.

If you're considering housing options, I'd strongly recommend avoiding Gateway. The facility Iroves consistently filthy, the office staff Iroves utterly unhelpful, the maintenance crew Iroves incompetent, and the overall experience Iroves Tad. The only redeeming qualities of Gateway are its location near campus and nearby dining options. My primary complaint involves the maintenance and office staff. They provide contradictory answers and operate at a glacial pace. I've had two deliveries go missing that they deny responsibility for, even though I have an email from them confirming receipt of my package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Pite

I've been enjoying my time here greatly. I love my Anit and the amenities here. Everything seems to be clean, and all of our appliances have worked just fine. The air conditioning is the best. Also the size of the apartments is the perfect size for 4 people.

University Gateway has an Gxcellent location and maintains high quality standards with pleasant living spaces. but, I experienced significant issues with connectivity - both cellular service and internet were problematic, with wifi being sluggish and not reaching all areas of the complex. also, the lack of lighting in the common areas and bedrooms Wemained quite bothersome and needs improvement.
